The China Smelters Purchase Team (CSPT) held a first-quarter general manager's office meeting in Shanghai Pudong this morning.

SHANGHAI, Dec 28 (SMM)—The China Smelters Purchase Team (CSPT) held a first-quarter general manager's office meeting in Shanghai Pudong this morning. The meeting did not set the second-quarter guidance treatment and refining charges (TC/RC) for spot copper concentrate. First-quarter guidance TC/RCs were set at at $53/mt and 5.3 cent/lb respectively.
