Guangdong Hydropower: plan to invest 6 billion to develop Optical Storage Integration Project in Luopu County, Xinjiang

Guangdong Hydropower (002060.SZ) announced that Xinjiang Guangdong Hydropower Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinjiang Guangdong Hydropower"), a wholly-owned subsidiary, signed the "Framework Agreement for New Energy Power Generation Project in Luopu County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region" with the people's Government of Luopu County. The people's Government of Luopu County in Xinjiang has agreed that Xinjiang Guangdong Hydropower will develop a photovoltaic integration project in the photovoltaic area of Luopu County, Xinjiang, with a total investment of about 6 billion yuan.

The content of the project is to plan and develop photovoltaic energy storage projects in the photovoltaic project development planning area of Luopu County, Xinjiang, with an installed capacity of 1.5 million kilowatts and a land area of 50, 000 mu, supporting the construction of a booster collection station connected to the National Electroweb. Synchronize is equipped with energy storage devices of no less than 15% of the construction scale, or develop the same amount of wind power projects to replace 15% of the energy storage projects according to the wind resources of Luopu County.
