The raw material storage warehouse of the main factory building adopts the international design standard, and a modern standard factory building is built, with a design storage capacity of 10000T to 15000T, and the raw material storage warehouse is stored separately according to the category of raw materials. The equipment of battery unloading transfer and battery bunker workshop and disassembly workshop adopts the international leading two-stage sorting system for crushing waste lead-acid batteries, which adopts full-screen monitoring, automatic control and a high degree of automation. the main equipment material is made of 316L stainless steel with good corrosion resistance; the material is cleaned and separated thoroughly; the acid of the whole equipment forms a whole circulation system, so as to meet the requirements of environmental protection. The equipment is currently being installed.

The refining alloy lead workshop adopts the domestic advanced natural gas regenerative combustion system, which is mainly controlled by the burner equipped with PLC. The main prosecution objects are ignition system, gas cut-off valve, fault alarm and other parameters to complete the on-site system control function. At present, the refining workshop has the installation conditions, and the equipment is coming in one after another.

Micro-negative pressure acid fog dust removal towers are all installed in material workshop, refining workshop, plastic workshop and so on.

Water pollution prevention and control measures

1. Source control: equipment and pipelines should adopt the principle of "visualization" as far as possible, that is, laying and placing as much as possible, so as to achieve "early detection and early treatment" of pollutants, so as to reduce groundwater pollution caused by buried leakage.
