In this regard, Precision Measurement Electronics said on the interactive platform that the film thickness measurement equipment and optical key size measurement system developed in Shanghai based on ellipsometry technology, which are suitable for semiconductor industrial applications, have obtained batch repeat orders from domestic semiconductor customers such as Changjiang Storage and Guangzhou Yuexin. The first set of electron microscope related equipment has been delivered, and the rest of the reserve products are currently in the process of research and development, certification and expansion.

According to reports, Shanghai Precision testing mainly focuses on the field of semiconductor front detection equipment, and the film thickness measurement and optical key size measurement system suitable for semiconductor industrial applications has been developed with elliptical polarization technology as the core. Shanghai precision testing film thickness products (including independent film thickness equipment) have obtained repeated orders from domestic first-line customers, OCD measuring machines have obtained orders and completed delivery, and Shanghai precision testing supply chain has basically realized localization.
