The spot (real-time contract) price of semiconductor memory chip DRAM is rising. Indicator products are up about 60% from the start of the year, the highest level since March 2019.

According to TrendForce data, mobile phones and mobile devices are currently the largest application area of DRAM, accounting for 39.6%. But in the future, as more computing and storage are transferred to the cloud, servers will gradually become the largest application direction of DRAM, and DRAM for servers will also become one of the most stable growth areas in the future. The proportion of server applications is expected to grow to 48% in 2025.

According to the theme database of the Financial Associated Press, among the relevant listed companies:

Xi'an Ziguang National Core DRAM memory chips and memory modules have achieved global mass production and sales, and are the main suppliers of domestic DRAM memory.

Peyton Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Science and Technology, is the only enterprise in China with a complete industrial chain from integrated circuit high-end DRAM/Flash wafer packaging testing to module production.
