






On February 3, it was reported that BYD will adjust its organizational structure in the near future, involving the appointment of a number of senior executives. In response to the rumor, BYD responded that the news was basically true.
According to sources, BYD will set up four major divisions, with specific organizational restructuring and related executives appointed as:
The sales Division of Dynasty Network was established, with Lu Tian as the general manager. Lutian joined BYD in 2003 and has been responsible for marketing and management in Shandong, Beijing, Tianjin, Northwest and Central China.
Set up the e-net sales department, with Zhang Zhuo as the general manager. Zhang Zhuo joined BYD in 2004 and has been in charge of BYD Automotive training Department, Channel Department, Marketing Department, first-line sales and product center.
Set up the brand and public relations department, with Li Yunfei as the general manager. Li Yunfei joined BYD in 2004 and is successively responsible for the sales, marketing, brand and public relations of BYD Automotive, Teng Teng Electric vehicle and BYD Group.
Set up the after-sales service department, with Gao Zikai as the general manager. Gao Zi joined BYD in 2004 and is successively responsible for BYD's auto channels, sales, sports events, after-sales service management and so on.
Zhao Changjiang, former general manager of BYD Automobile sales Company, will be transferred to a high-end brand, responsible for the preparatory work. Zhao Changjiang joined BYD in 2009, has been responsible for marketing work in several regions, and became general manager of BYD auto sales in 2017. In early February 2021, he was transferred to a high-end brand, responsible for the preparatory work.
BYD officials said that this adjustment will be more conducive to BYD's all-round improvement in brand building, product planning and marketing, and customer experience, and work with partners and users to build a more valuable car brand.
