[Zhongjing Electronics: company orders are relatively full HDI/FPC product orders are tight] recently, Zhongjing Electronics said when accepting institutional research that the company's existing Huizhou PCB manufacturing base (mainly producing HDI, multilayer plates) and Zhuhai Yuansheng (mainly producing FPC, FPCA) have relatively full orders and high capacity utilization, among which the order scheduling for HDI and FPC products is more tight.

Recently, Zhongjing Electronics said in an institutional survey that the company's existing Huizhou PCB manufacturing base (mainly producing HDI, multilayer plates) and Zhuhai Yuansheng (mainly producing FPC and FPCA) have relatively full orders and high capacity utilization, among which the order schedule for HDI and FPC products is more tight.

Tianyan inspection shows that Yuansheng Electronics is one of the earliest domestic leading enterprises specializing in FPC production, and has obvious market competitive advantages in market segments such as OLED, intelligent terminals, biometrics, camera modules, power battery management and so on.

After the completion of the acquisition of Yuansheng Electronics, Zhongjing Electronics has done a lot of work in the aspects of resource integration, business coordinated development, bank loan credit support, project technical reform, etc., to actively improve Yuansheng electronic production space and operational efficiency, and enhance its development stamina. At present, Yuansheng electronic orders are full, capacity utilization is high, in order to ensure its sustained and rapid development and actively respond to customer demand, the company is actively carrying out FPC capacity expansion, of which Chengdu High-tech Zone New display (OLED-FPCA) factory has now begun trial production, Zhuhai Fushan FPC expansion project (Phase 1) is planned for trial production in April 2021.

At the same time, the Chengdu High-tech Zone New display (OLED-FPCA) factory invested by Zhongjing Electronics, Zhuhai Fushan high-density printed circuit board (PCB) project factory (phase 1-A) and Zhuhai Fushan FPC expansion project (phase 1) will be trial-produced one after another in the near future. these new capacity will greatly improve the company's supply capacity and help the company to better meet the new batch orders of downstream customers. Enhance the stickiness of long-term cooperation between the company and major customers.

Zhongjing Electronics said that the Zhuhai Fushan high-density printed circuit board (PCB) construction project (1Mui A phase) will begin trial production at the end of March 2021. The main product types include high-density interconnection board (HDI), high multilayer board (HLC), etc., which are mainly used in 5G communications, new displays (MiniLED, etc.), automotive electronics, artificial intelligence, Internet of things, big data, cloud computing and other related product markets, with an annual output value of about 2.1 billion yuan. The company is actively storing and developing relevant target customers.

In terms of applications in the display field, Zhongjing Electronics said that its PCB products have a strong competitive advantage and customer recognition in market segments such as new displays. Among them: in the small spacing LED display and Mini LED display key matching Abbison, strong giant color, National Star Optoelectronics, Zhongqi Optoelectronics, Crystal Taiwan shares, BOE and other customers, the company's "Mini LED display packaging substrate key technology research and development" achievements have been applied to the LED display packaging field, the overall level of domestic advanced; In the field of OLED display, the company's FPC products focus on supporting Beijing Oriental, Deep Tianma, TCL Huaxing Optoelectronics for 5G smart phones, PAD, NoteBook, smart home and other fields. The company is optimistic about the development prospect of the new display field, and will further expand the competitive advantage of the company's products in this market segment, and enhance the business scale and market share.

In the field of new energy vehicles, Zhongjing Electronics has begun to focus on the layout and development of new energy vehicle applications. From the second half of 2020, the company has increased the investment in production lines and equipment related to the application of new energy vehicles to Yuansheng Electronics, while relevant production capacity has been reserved in the new PCB plant in Fushan, Zhuhai, which is about to be put into production. At present, the company's supporting facilities for new energy vehicles mainly include power battery management (BMS), streaming media, electromechanical management system and so on, and related customers include BYD, SAIC and other customers.

Titanium Market Structure Becomes Clearer: Upstream Consolidates at Weak Levels, Midstream and Downstream Strength Expected [SMM Titanium Weekly Review]
[SMM Titanium Weekly Review: Titanium Dioxide Showed Signs of Recovery; Diverging Strength Across the Titanium Industry Chain Market This Week] This week, the titanium industry chain in China showed pronounced structural divergence, with the tug-of-war between sellers and buyers across upstream and downstream segments intensifying and cost pass-through facing obstacles. Overall, the sector was characterized by a combination of weak recovery and localized strong support. Trading in upstream titanium ore and titanium slag was sluggish. Downstream processing enterprises tightly controlled costs, with procurement consistently maintained at a pace driven by rigid demand. Coupled with inventory at high levels across the industry, the raw material end remained under pressure, enterprises’ willingness to operate stayed weak, capacity release was constrained, and the supply-demand imbalance continued to stand out. In the midstream titanium dioxide segment, pressure from elevated costs of raw materials and energy sharply increased production-side strain. Enterprises held prices firm and showed a strong willingness to sell, and while domestic trade demand did not see a noticeable increase in volume—relying only on rigid-demand support—overseas markets still demonstrated a certain degree of resilience, leaving the overall market running relatively strong. The downstream sponge titanium and titanium products segments performed impressively: sponge titanium inventories remained low, and, together with robust downstream restocking demand, top-tier enterprises proactively adjusted prices, with enterprises showing strong confidence in holding prices firm. The titanium products market saw stable supply and demand: the supply-side operating rate was steady, while demand-side differentiation was evident. Civilian applications were mainly driven by rigid-demand restocking, while orders in high-end fields such as aerospace and military industries were steady. The market recovered steadily, and differences in the pace across segments of the industry chain also set the tone for subsequent market dynamics.
