German Nano announced that after equal and friendly consultation between the company, Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ("Ningde Times") and the people's Government of Jiang'an County, and in accordance with the principle of mutual benefit and common development, the company, Ningde Times and the people's Government of Jiang'an County signed the Investment Agreement of Jiang'an County Lithium Iron Phosphate Project with an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons ("Investment Agreement"). It is agreed to invest and build a "lithium iron phosphate project with an annual output of 80, 000 tons" in Jiang'an County, Yibin City, Sichuan Province, with a total investment of about 1.8 billion yuan.
