







On the evening of January 5, BYD released sales of KuaiBao in December 2020. for the whole of 2020, BYD sold 189700 new energy vehicles, down 17.35 percent from the same period last year, and 131000 pure electric vehicles, down 11.02 percent from the same period last year.
Among them, in December 2020, BYD sold 28800 new energy vehicles, an increase of 120.18 percent over the same period last year, and pure electric vehicles sold 19500 vehicles, an increase of 145.40 percent over the same period last year.
Since 2020, BYD has successively launched Han, 2021 Tang and Song PLUS, Qin PLUS and other new products that have attracted much attention and recognition from consumers. So far, BYD has sold nearly one million new energy vehicles.
At the same time, BYD also disclosed that the total installed capacity of power batteries and energy storage batteries for new energy vehicles in December 2020 was about 2.067GWH, and the total installed capacity for the whole year was about 12.598GWh.
In addition, it was learned from BYD that on January 1st, BYD officially released a brand new logo, (LOGO), to achieve brand renewal and upgrading. The new LOGO, of BYD Automobile has the same meaning as BYD Group LOGO and "Build Your Dreams (achieve Dream)". With simple and smooth metal texture lines, it forms the word "BYD" with a strong sense of "forward" movement. Through accurate proportion, regular line arrangement and deformation, the new LOGO is endowed with a strong sense of design, science and technology and quality. The new LOGO is only used in the domestic passenger car market, while the other businesses of BYD Group remain the same as the original LOGO.
