Tianneng shares went public for the first time and listed on Science and Technology Innovation Board

Recently, Tianneng Battery Group Co., Ltd. announced its initial public offering and listing in Science and Technology Innovation Board. The details are as follows:

The application of Tianneng Battery Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "issuer") for initial public offering of RMB common shares (A shares) and listing of Science and Technology Innovation Board was examined and approved by Science and Technology Innovation Board Stock listing Committee of Shanghai Stock Exchange on July 6, 2020. and has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission Securities Regulatory Commission document (2020) 3173.

Through consultation between the issuer and the sponsor institution (lead underwriter) CITIC Securities Co., Ltd., it is determined that the number of shares in this issue is 116.6 million shares, all of which are public offerings. This issue will be implemented on January 5, 2021 through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system and offline purchase electronic platform respectively.
