On December 7, Beijing officially issued the interim regulations on the Control of the number of Beijing minibuses and the implementation rules, but there are still many questions to be solved. A few days ago, the relevant person in charge of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Communications answered questions such as family lottery points.
In the second half of this year, Beijing issued an additional 20,000 new energy minibuses to "car-free families" at one time, and families with a family score of more than 72 points were shortlisted. If the household score of a citizen is more than 100, they can basically get the new energy target next year, but the ordinary car index is probability, which cannot be determined. What needs to be clear is that if the application is submitted by the family as a unit, you can choose both the general index (fuel vehicle index) and the new energy index (pure electric vehicle index).
With regard to the new policy on the indicators of minibuses, some members of the public have doubts as to whether they can inherit their parents' vehicles a hundred years later if they own a minibus under the name of this city. In this regard, the relevant responsible person of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Communications made it clear that "inheritance" is not restricted by the new policy of minibus indicators, but if a citizen inherits a vehicle and has more than one car under his name, he will be restricted by the new policy of "multiple cars under his name", and the vehicle can be dealt with later.
Some members of the public have asked whether they can give up after obtaining the new energy target and then choose to apply for the ordinary car target. In this regard, the person in charge said that the same family application can only get one target in the end. If the new energy target has been obtained on a household-by-household basis, according to the household application index rules, all household applicants can no longer apply for minibus indicators within ten years. In other words, after the car-free family "abandons the number", all family members are not allowed to participate in the allocation of minibus indicators for ten years.
