DashboardDatabaseProReportsEventsConsultingSHANGHAI, Dec 16 (SMM)—China Southern Rare Earth Group announced its latest listing prices for medium and heavy rare earth oxides. Prices of gadolinium oxide fell 4,000 yuan/mt to 178,000 yuan/mt, while prices of terbium oxide and lutetium oxide both jumped by 100,000 yuan/mt to 6.2 million yuan/mt and 4.9 million yuan/mt respectively.
Recently, prices of rare earths have skyrocketed amid tight supply and firm demand, with listed prices of terbium oxide soaring 500,000 yuan/mt to 5.8 million yuan/mt in end-November.
