[Zheng Shang Institute: notice on exemption from hedging opening, delivery and Warehouse receipt transfer fees] in order to support the development of the real economy, it has been decided by the study that all futures varieties for the whole year of 2021 will be exempted from hedging opening, delivery and warehouse receipt transfer fees (including the transfer of warehouse receipts in cash over a period of time).
