SHANGHAI, Dec 11 (SMM) – Social inventories of silicon metal across Huangpu port, Kunming city and Tianjin port shrank 1,000 mt from the prior week to 74,000 mt as of Friday December 11, SMM data showed.
Social inventories in south China are expected to decline as Sichuan and Yunnan entered dry season, while stocks at Tianjin port are likely to be stable in the short term as northern silicon plants mainly focused on domestic sales.
