DashboardDatabaseProReportsEventsCar InsightSHANGHAI, Dec 11 (SMM)—China produced 198,000 new energy vehicle (NEV) and sold 200,000 in November, jumping 75.1% and 104.9% year on year respectively, according to data from China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM). For January-November, NEV output totalled 1.12 million units, down 0.1% on the year, while sales totalled 1.11 million units, up 3.9% from a year ago.
NEV output and sales are likely to rise further in December according to production plans of major automakers, and 2020 sales are expected to reach 1.3 million units.
