SMM: on December 7th, Great Wall officially announced its November sales results. According to the data, the monthly production and sales of Great Wall were 146200 and 145200 respectively, up 23.15% and 26.12% respectively from the same period last year. A total of 961489 cars were sold in the first 11 months of this year, an increase of 0.75% over the same period last year.
Specifically, the Harvard brand sold 101800 vehicles in November, up 22.11% from a year earlier and 4% month-on-month. Sales totaled 644700 vehicles in the first 11 months of this year, down 6.7 per cent from a year earlier. Among them, Harvard H6 sales exceeded 50, 000 for two consecutive months, and 55000 in November, an increase of 32% over the same period last year and 4% month-on-month growth, ranking first in SUV monthly sales for 90 months.
The WEY brand sold 9100 vehicles in November, down 12.71% from a year earlier, and a total of 68500 vehicles were sold in the first 11 months of this year, down 24.47% from the same period last year.
Great Wall pickup trucks sold 22600 vehicles in November, up 18.61% from the same period last year. In the first 11 months, sales totaled 203400, up 52.53% from the same period last year. Among them, the Great Wall cannon sold 12000 vehicles in November, exceeding 10,000 for the seventh month in a row.
The Euler brand sold 11600 vehicles in November, up 45% from the previous 11 months, with cumulative sales reaching 43500. Of this total, Euler Black Cats sold 9500 vehicles in November, up 51 per cent from the previous month.
According to overseas sales data, Great Wall sold 9302 vehicles overseas in November, up 94% from a year earlier, with a cumulative sales of 61600 vehicles in the first 11 months. It is worth noting that Great Wall Motor officially acquired the ownership of the Luoyong factory in Thailand, opening the way for the development of ASEAN. Not only that, on November 25, Great Wall held the groundbreaking ceremony of the engine factory at the Russian Tula factory, which has an annual capacity of 80,000 engines and is scheduled to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2022. In the future, more than 90% of the engines carried by Great Wall cars in Russia will come from the factory.
In addition, in terms of new energy sales, the Great Wall sold 11600 new energy models in November, with a total of 44600 sold in the first 11 months.
