SHANGHAI, Nov 27 (SMM) — Operating rates across primary lead smelters in Henan, Hunan and Yunnan provinces gained 0.6 percentage point from the previous week to 61.6%in the week ended November 27, showed an SMM survey.
The average operating rate lost 0.6 percentage point to 77.7% in Henan due to local environmental restrictions.
The average operating rate gained 3 percentage points to 47.8% in Hunan as Hunan Yuteng returned to normal production.
Stepped-up production at Yunnan Gejiu Chuangyuan lifted local operating rates by 0.2 percentage point to 42.5%.
