SHANGHAI, Nov 27 (SMM) – Social inventories of silicon metal across Huangpu port, Kunming city and Tianjin port declined 5,000 mt from the prior week to 74,000 mt as of Friday November 27, SMM data showed.
Shipments that departed Huangpu port and Tianjin port were relatively large, while cargoes shipped into warehouses declined as silicon plants were reluctant to sell amid surging silicon prices.
