SHANGHAI, Nov 27 (SMM) — Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released National Catalogue of Major Environmental Protection Equipment Technology Encouraged by the State (2020 Edition) (Draft for Consultation), aiming at speeding up the research and development, application and promotion of advanced environmental protection equipment and improving the overall level and supply quality of environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry. The catalogue is divided into development category, application category and promotion category, covering air pollution prevention and control, water pollution prevention and control, soil pollution remediation, solid waste treatment, special instruments and meters for environmental monitoring, emergency treatment of environmental pollution, special parts and components for environmental pollution prevention and control equipment.

SMM learned that the production supervision of manganese industry in China has been focusing on manganese slag recycling for a long time. Better equipment renewal and environmental protection can protect water resources and soil in mainstream areas. At present, domestic manganese production has been greatly improved, but there is still room for research on pollution treatment and recycling after production.
