Primary lead smelters operating rates remained unchanged at 61% this week

SHANGHAI, Nov 20 (SMM) ― Operating rates across primary lead smelters in Henan, Hunan and Yunnan provinces remained unchanged from the previous week at 61% in the week ended November 20, showed an SMM survey.

The average operating rates in Henan, Hunan and Yunnan stood at 78.4%, 44.8% and 42.3% respectively. 

Yunnan Gejiu Chuangyuan returned to normal production this week, and most of the smelters basically kept stable production amid rising lead prices.
