Primary lead smelters operating rates unchanged on week

SHANGHAI, Nov 6 (SMM) — Operating rates across primary lead smelters in Henan, Hunan and Yunnan provinces remained changed at 58.9% in the week ended November 6, showed an SMM survey.

The average operating rates stood at 78.4%, 37.6% and 41.9% in Henan, Hunan and Yunnan respectively, flat on the week.

Hunan Yuteng plans to resume production in November, while other smelters basically kept stable production.
