SMM: October 30, after 89 rounds of bidding, Hangzhou Hanyuan Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu Zhongnan Construction) won a homestead in Nanxun District, Huzhou with a total price of 739 million yuan, with a transaction floor price of 6303 yuan per square meter, with a premium rate of 63.86%.

The plot number is Nanxun New area Unit CD-03-03-08D, with a transfer area of 58620 square meters, a volume ratio of 1.7-2, and a construction area of 117240 square meters.

As early as October 27th, two homesteads were sold in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, with the names of Nanxun New area Unit CD-03-02-07C and Nanxun New area Unit CD-03-02-07E respectively, with a total construction area of 188000 square meters and a total starting price of 874 million yuan.

Finally, the plot CD-03-02-07C of Nanxun New area was won by Zhejiang Chengtong Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. with a total price of 515 million yuan, with a floor price of 5605 yuan per square meter and a premium rate of 14.19%.

Unit CD-03-02-07E of Nanxun New area was won by Huzhou Nanxun Traffic and Water Conservancy Investment and Construction Group Co., Ltd. with a total price of 470 million yuan, with a floor price of 4891 yuan per square meter and a premium rate of 11.11%.
