A few days ago, due to labor disputes and technical interference, Lunding Mining lowered its annual production guidelines for three of its mines, including copper, zinc and gold.

SMM10 March 30: a few days ago, due to labor disputes and technical interference, Lunding Mining lowered its annual production guidelines for three mines. Where:

Brazil's Chapada mine copper production guidelines for 2020 will be lowered from 5.1-56000 tons to 45-50 million tons, and annual gold production guidelines will be lowered from 85-90 million ounces to 8-85000 ounces.

The copper production guidelines for the Neves-Corvo mine in Portugal were lowered from 35-40 million tons to 32-34000 tons in 2020, and the annual zinc production guidelines were lowered from 7-75000 tons to 7-72000 tons, mainly due to insufficient ore grade and raw ore supply.

The annual zinc production guidelines for the Zinkgruvan mine in Sweden have been lowered to 7.2-74000 tons.

Earlier this month, Lunding Mining withdrew its annual copper production guidelines for the Candelaria mine and suspended operations at the mine due to a Chilean mine strike.
