The company intends to lease and transform one melting and casting production line and two extrusion production lines of Fujian Nanping Aluminum Co., Ltd., including the corresponding land, plant, production line configuration personnel and production electricity, water, natural gas, etc., used for the production of aluminum structural materials for consumer electronics products, in order to achieve the purpose of rapidly increasing production capacity in a short period of time and meet the needs of the company's operation and development.

It is reported that Furong Technology is mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of aluminum structural materials for consumer electronics products, and its main business is the aluminum structural components of mobile phones, tablets and computers, including mobile phone aluminum frames, casings and computer casings. According to the third quarterly report released by Furong Technology on the 22nd, the company achieved 1.207 billion yuan in operating income from January to September this year, an increase of 28.24 percent over the same period last year, and the net profit belonging to shareholders of listed companies was 254 million yuan, up 20.29 percent from the same period last year.

According to other data, Nanping Aluminum now holds 226 million shares of Furong Technology, accounting for 56.48% of the total 401 million shares of the company, and is the controlling shareholder of the company.
