






SMM10: at the 2020 China International Hot-dip galvanizing Technology and Market Application Development Forum held by SMM, Zhai Yongli, director of the CRT Center of Handan Zhengda Pipe Co., Ltd., delivered a keynote speech on "improving production process to save energy and reduce consumption".

With the increasing maturity of steel pipe hot-dip galvanizing production technology and the trend of process standardization, it is not uncommon for enterprises with a capacity of one million tons. The focus of fierce competition in the market is from brand to quality, benefit price, and finally focus on the cost. Throughout the actual hot-dip galvanized steel pipe production line, there are not many enterprises that really achieve complete automation and intelligence, so how to improve the steel pipe galvanizing production process to further achieve the purpose of saving energy, reducing consumption and achieving efficiency?
First, vigorously promote the development of pickling automation technology and equipment.
For steel pipe galvanization, the current pickling process is essential, so it is difficult to control the operation of online staff, the working environment and the quality of pickling, so it is urgent to develop a complete set of automatic pickling technology and equipment.
There are the following problems in the original pickling line: 1. There are many manual operations. The workers stand at the edge of the acid tank, which is very dangerous, the steel pipe swings greatly, and the manual liquid dispensing is not correct.
two。 The working environment is poor. The acid trough is open, with acid fog and high humidity in the operating room.
3. The worker controls the crane to run without accuracy.
4. Manual testing can not feedback real-time data in time, affecting production.
In view of the above problems, cleaner production can be realized, energy can be saved and labor intensity can be reduced. Crane accurate positioning, stable walking, workers away from operation, solve personnel safety and labor intensity.

II. Improvement of zinc pot system
Zinc pot as a key equipment, how to prolong its service life and undertake its due mission has become the focus of the industry.
The main results are as follows: (1) when the new zinc pot is installed and used, it often does not add zinc ingots and keeps it for a certain time when the furnace temperature is heated to about 600 ℃, so as to eliminate the residual stress in production.
(2) the depth of zinc pot is popularized, which can effectively increase the heating area of zinc pot, reduce the heating intensity of zinc pot, reduce the inner wall temperature of zinc pot, increase the amount of work, which is more conducive to the settlement of zinc slag and improve the surface quality of plated parts.
(3) the heating mode of zinc ingot not only alleviates the sudden drop of liquid zinc temperature, but also prevents the danger of initiation.
(4) the overall shape of zinc pot is changed, in order to increase the recovery of residual zinc solution inside and outside.
(5) the internal and external blowing waste liquid recovery device is improved for the second time.
Third, the use of new technology to achieve fuel saving effect
In the production process of galvanized steel pipe, gas, as the main energy consumption, consumes about 40 yuan per ton, which will be a large expenditure for enterprises with an annual output of one million tons. Our company carries out technical research and development cooperation with Guosheng energy conservation, and after installation and operation, it can save energy by 5% and 10%.
Based on this, Guosheng energy-saving developed a new type of polarization field material. By stimulating the internal energy of gas molecules, the polarization field material realizes the induced polarization of gas molecules, so that the gravitational equilibrium between the particles within the molecular cluster is broken, and the homopolar repulsive force is produced among the particles, and the molecular clusters are completely dispersed. During combustion, gas molecules come into contact with oxygen more fully and burn more thoroughly, which can deeply release the chemical heat of fuel, so it can play a role in saving fuel.

Energy saving and consumption reduction work as an important index to evaluate the comprehensive competitiveness of an enterprise, the research and application of highly intelligent production equipment and technology is an important topic for the long-term development of enterprises.
