In September, the average year-on-year growth rate of TOP100 real estate sales was 24.1%. Among them, the performance threshold of TOP50 real estate enterprises rose the highest, reaching 15 per cent.

According to the statistics of the Middle Index Research Institute, from January to September 2020, the average sales target completion rate of 20 representative housing enterprises was 72.0%. Among them, Kaisa Group's sales target completion rate is 85.9%; China Evergrande and China Jinmao sales target completion rate are 81.9% and 80.9% respectively; Merchants Shekou, Hongyang Real Estate, Yuexiu Real Estate and other real estate enterprises have sales target completion rates of more than 75%. It is expected to achieve the annual target.

The Yihan think tank pointed out in the report that due to the sudden attack of the novel coronavirus epidemic and the closure of the sales channels of real estate enterprises, in order to maximize the impact, real estate companies have made adaptive adjustments in the pace of pushing goods and arranged for more goods to be launched in the second half of the year. From the typical value arrangement of housing enterprises, the proportion of the value of goods in the last half of the year at 3:7, there are also some housing enterprises in the second half of the goods accounted for 80%.

Zhang Dawei, chief analyst of Zhongyuan Real Estate, believes that judging from the current market trend, the activity of the property market has increased significantly, and the market is expected to continue to rise in the fourth quarter, and the turnover of the property market for the whole year is expected to approach or exceed the historical record set in 2019. Due to the long holiday on National Day, most developers have increased their supply, which is expected to affect the market turnover to continue to run at a high level in October.
