






SMM News: October 4, Jiangxi Baotai Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd. annual output of 150000 tons of aluminum alloy ingot production line successfully put into production.
At present, the aluminum alloy ingot production line is the most automated production line in China, using advanced equipment at home and abroad. With a capacity of 158 tons, the furnace is the largest recycled aluminum melting furnace in China. It is estimated that the consumption of natural gas per ton of recycled aluminum alloy ingots is about 50 cubic meters, which is 20% to 40% less natural gas than ordinary melting furnaces, and is currently the most energy-saving melting furnace in the world.
The aluminum alloy ingot production line has a high degree of automation, and the two-chamber melting furnace is equipped with regenerative combustion system, liquid aluminum circulation system, organic flue gas incineration system and automatic temperature control system. Advanced equipment such as crushing system, X-ray sorting system, automatic feeding system, circulating water cooling system, laser typing, robot automatic ingot folding, automatic weighing and other advanced equipment are also adopted. at the same time, the equipment data interconnection is realized, which lays the foundation for building the intelligent manufacturing demonstration line of Baotai Group.
