SMM10 March 12: recently, Guangdong Weihua Co., Ltd. issued a notice on the proposed change of company name and securities acronym.

Weihua Co., Ltd. intends to change the registered name of the company to "Shenzhen Shengxin LiNeng Group Co., Ltd." in Chinese and change its English name to "Shenzhen Chengxin Lithium Group Co., Ltd"; change the securities to be abbreviated as "Shengxin LiNeng", change the securities to be abbreviated as "Chengxin Lithium" in English, and keep the securities code "002240" unchanged. The abbreviations of the changed securities are not the same or similar to those of other listed companies, and the abbreviations of the changed securities do not contain contents and words that may mislead investors.
