






SMM: September 27th, Shenzhen Longgang District Henggang Street Lijia Industrial Zone Urban Renewal Unit, and Pingshan Street Pingshan Exhibition Hall Urban Renewal Unit have been announced. It is understood that the renewal declaration subjects of these two cities are respectively related to Longguang Real Estate and China Resources Land.
The urban renewal unit of Lijia Industrial Zone is to be demolished with a land area of 64888 square meters, and the main function of the current land is industrial function. According to the approved statutory plan of Longgang 104-05 area [Henggang Laoxu Town area], the planning functions are mainly general industrial land, park land, four types of residential land and planning roads, etc.
The above projects are proposed to be updated in the direction of new industries, general industries and other functions. Shenzhen Jiarun Real Estate Co., Ltd. has completed the collection of the renewal willingness of the subjects of land and building rights within the scope of the renewal unit to be demolished, and now applies for approval of the renewal intention.
Among them, Shenzhen Jiarun Real Estate Co., Ltd. is indirectly owned by Shenzhen Yifeng Investment Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Longguang Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Longguang Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. is 100% owned by Shenzhen Longguang Real Estate Co., Ltd.
In addition, the Pingshan Exhibition Hall Urban Renewal Unit is located in Pingshan Street, Pingshan District, with a proposed demolition area of about 75083 square meters. according to the statutory plan, the planning function of the project is mainly ordinary industrial land. The project declaration subject is China Resources (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
It is also learned that China Resources Land has completed more than a dozen projects in operation, under construction or under construction in Shenzhen, of which on September 16, the company successfully won the bid for the urban renewal and renovation project of Tianxin Village, Luohu, Shenzhen, and officially became a partner.
