Evergrande disclosed that as of September 24, the company had accumulated sales of 504.9 billion yuan, an increase of 11.4% over the same period last year, and sales rebate of 452.1 billion yuan, an increase of 51.3% over the same period last year.

On the financial side, Evergrande disclosed that as of September 24, the company's interest-bearing liabilities decreased by about 53.4 billion yuan compared with the end of March this year, and financing costs decreased by 2.24 percent. At the same time, it repaid 43.5 billion yuan of loans due after September 25 ahead of schedule.

"in the 24 years since its establishment, the company has borrowed a total of 20523 loans, and there has never been a late payment of interest or overdue repayment of principal." Evergrande said.

In addition, Evergrande said that the company currently has a total of 866 projects under construction across the country, all of which are under normal construction.
