SMM News: notice of Jiangxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission on approval of Jingke Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. to invest in Abu Dhabi's new Al Dhafra 2100 MW photovoltaic power station project for the record

Shangrao Development and Reform Commission:

Report to "request for filing of Abu Dhabi Al Dhafra 2100MW Photovoltaic Power Station Project of Jingke Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd." (Rao Fagai Caiwai (2020) 28) received. According to the measures for the Administration of overseas Investment of Jiangxi Enterprises (Jiangxi Development and Reform of Foreign Investment (2018) No. 565), Jingke Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. invested in the new Al Dhafra 2100 MW photovoltaic power station project in Abu Dhabi (see the back page for details). This notice is valid for 2 years.

In the course of the implementation of the project, if it is necessary to go through the formalities of change or extension in accordance with the regulations, please submit it to our committee in time; if major adverse circumstances occur, please submit a report form of major adverse situation to our committee in accordance with the regulations; it shall not violate the laws and regulations of our country, and shall not threaten or harm our national interests and national security. Please submit the project completion report within 20 working days from the date of completion of the project.

If you have any objection to this notice, you may apply to our committee for administrative reconsideration within 60 days from the date of receipt of this notice, or file an administrative lawsuit with the people's court within 6 months.
