On September 19, Jiangxi Tungsten Industry holding Group Co., Ltd. held a promotion meeting for a new generation of intelligent ore separator. At present, this product has been successfully developed and put into use in Jiang Tungsten.

It is understood that the new generation of intelligent ore separator is independently developed and designed by Ganzhou Nonferrous Metallurgical Research Institute of Jiang Tungsten holding Group, one of the three earliest non-ferrous metallurgical research institutes in China. The equipment integrates mechanization, automation and intelligence, changes the traditional manual separation process in the past, for the moving raw ore after screening and cleaning and input by the vibrating feeder into the separator belt, through X-ray collection of ore information, system accurate identification and machine learning, using high-speed actuator to realize the separation of useful ore and waste stone in the raw ore, the ore separation particle size is 10mm to 100mm, and the maximum ore processing capacity is 160 tons / hour.

The successful application of the new generation of intelligent ore separator frees the operators from the work with high labor intensity and poor working environment, and realizes mineral processing pre-throwing and pre-enrichment by means of mechanized operation and intelligent treatment, which greatly improves the labor productivity and mineral processing recovery.

Zhou Shaobing said that after continuous development, Jiang Tungsten holding Group has formed an industrial system in which three major non-ferrous metal industry plates, namely tungsten, rare earth, tantalum, niobium and lithium, and machinery manufacturing, scientific research services, and domestic and foreign trade support each other. Among them, the machinery manufacturing plate is an important characteristic plate of Jiang Tungsten holding Group "from scratch, from weak to strong".

The first and second generation separators developed by Jiang Tungsten are widely used in the pre-disposal and pre-enrichment of tungsten, tin, molybdenum, copper, lead, zinc, antimony, gold and other minerals to effectively improve the efficiency and effect of mineral processing. On this basis, the new generation intelligent ore separator has the advantages of miniaturization, intelligence and remoteness compared with the second generation machine, which can intelligently identify and classify polymetallic minerals, achieve real-time monitoring and fault early warning, and realize "mechanized replacement". Automatic reduction, intelligent unmanned ".

Qiu Guanzhou, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, spoke highly of the development and use of intelligent ore separators, which is of great significance to improve the development efficiency and utilization level of mineral resources. He said that Jiang Tungsten holding Group has always played an important role in the field of mineral processing technology and equipment. In 2020, in order to meet the requirements of networking and intelligent development, Jiang Tungsten developed the third generation intelligent ore separator on the basis of the application of the second generation separator and the concept of industrial design and artificial intelligence. to achieve intelligent identification and separation of polymetallic minerals and real-time monitoring and fault early warning, modular structure design has greatly improved the system integration. He hopes that the R & D team will strive for excellence, be based on the needs of the industry, and make full use of advanced 5G technology and detection technology to further realize lightweight equipment and intelligent terminal system.

At present, the product has completed separation tests in key tungsten mines such as Dajishan tungsten industry, Piaotang tungsten industry, Dangping tungsten industry, Tieshanlong tungsten industry, and Pangushan tungsten industry, and has officially entered the stage of batch installation and commissioning. At the same time, application tests have been completed in more than 10 other mines with different ore types. According to reports, after Jiangxi's large tungsten mines of 800000 tons are mined and processed in one year, after using intelligent ore separators, the operation recovery rate is more than 97%, and the cost of rough separation is reduced by 30.04%.
