SMM: a few days ago, entrusted by Anhui Copper Guan Copper foil Group Company, China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association organized a video evaluation meeting on "key technologies and applications of electrolytic copper foil production automation" of Anhui Copper Crown Copper foil Group Company in Beijing. In accordance with the regulations and requirements, six academicians and peer experts engaged in control science, industrial automation and equipment automation were selected from research institutes, institutions of higher learning and enterprises to form an expert group to evaluate the project.
At the evaluation meeting, the evaluation consulting experts listened to the report of the project team, reviewed the relevant technical materials, questioned, exchanged and scored the evaluation results independently, and finally got a comprehensive score and formed a comprehensive evaluation conclusion. The expert group agreed that the overall technology of the project reached the international advanced level, and recommended to speed up the promotion and application of the results.
It is understood that in view of the urgent demand for electrolytic copper foil in the development of China's high-end communication and information industry, through the research on core technology and key equipment technology, tension closed-loop control technology with independent intellectual property rights, tension-speed-thickness collaborative control technology, energy-saving electrolysis process parameter optimization technology and copper foil production system integration technology have been developed. It has solved the key technical problems existing in the process of copper foil crimping, such as wrinkling, tearing and breaking of copper foil, misoperation of manual tension adjustment, mutual restriction of multiple factors in copper foil production process, and broke the relevant technological monopoly of developed countries in this field. it fills the domestic technology gap and is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's high-performance electronic copper slips industry.
