SMM News: September 21, Gree Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Maotai Group Real Estate Company signed a strategic cooperation agreement, the two sides will explore the cooperation mechanism, innovative supply system, the development of cultural tourism industry and other aspects to deepen cooperation, promote complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win situation, and help Guizhou's economic and social development.

According to the viewpoint real estate new media, Maotai Group Party Committee Secretary and Chairman Gao Weidong, Deputy General Manager Liu Daneng, Zhuhai tax Free Group Party Committee Secretary and Chairman, and Chairman of Gree Real Estate Co., Ltd. Lu Junyi, deputy general manager of Zhuhai tax Free Group Jiang Jizhou attended the signing meeting.

In addition, Gree Real Estate announced that Zhuhai Union Real Estate Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned company of Gree Real Estate Co., Ltd. on the same day, obtained Sanya City YGHA3-2-03Gree Real Estate Co., Ltd. through public bidding, with a total transaction price of 1.651 billion yuan and a total land area of 33000 square meters.

Gree Real Estate said that the land won this time is intended to be used for the construction of coastal high-end tourism retail projects, which will help build an international tourism consumption center, which is in line with the company's development strategy.
