SMM: a few days ago, we learned that Ningde Times and the people's Government of Sichuan Province signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement in Chengdu. Ningde era will lay out production and R & D bases in Yibin and other places in Sichuan to build the whole industry chain system of lithium electricity.

Ningde Times and the people's Government of Sichuan Province will actively promote the "Electric Sichuan" project, promote green, clean and intelligent energy in Sichuan Province, and strive to create a world-class lithium industry cluster. The two sides will also carry out comprehensive cooperation in the fields of next-generation batteries, new energy vehicles, self-driving, advanced energy storage and mobile Internet energy management to jointly build a comprehensive base for the new energy industry.

Since 2018, Ningde era has continuously deepened cooperation with Sichuan Province. at present, Ningde era has signed a contract to invest in three major lithium industry projects in Yibin City, such as Sichuan Times, time Geely and Tianyi Lithium Industry.

Looking back on previous information, in August 2020, the installed capacity of domestic power batteries was about 5.12 GWH, of which Ningde era accounted for 48% of the total. Although the advantage is still obvious, rivals such as AVIC Lithium and Funeng Technology cannot be ignored. This cooperation with Ningde era and Sichuan provincial government will also help Ningde era to consolidate its advantages and maintain its leading position.

Editor's comments:

With the improvement of the epidemic momentum and the further recovery of the new energy vehicle market, the power battery industry will also usher in a rapid recovery period, and Ningde era will obviously not miss the opportunity to catch up with the follow-up performance. After the cooperation between Ningde era and the people's Government of Sichuan Province, it will further increase its production capacity in the future.
