SMM: in order to implement the implementation opinions of the Ministry of Emergency Management, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance and the State Bureau of Coal Mine Safety Supervision on the Action Plan for improving Safety skills in High-risk Industries (Emergency (2019) 107), to strengthen safety guidance and services for employees in front-line positions in high-risk industries, the Safety basic Department of the Ministry of Emergency Management organizes relevant central enterprises. A safety production guide manual (see attachment) has been compiled for the front post of metal smelting blast furnace and blast furnace gas purification post, which is now issued for selection by relevant metal smelting enterprises.
