SMM News: according to Zhangjiagang Posco news, its research and development team after several months of efforts, has successfully developed an alloy antibacterial stainless steel-ZP304BR.

According to reports, ZP304BR is a kind of austenitic antibacterial stainless steel containing Cu. on the basis of 304, Cu element is added in the steelmaking process, and finally after special heat treatment, ZP304BR as a whole has excellent antibacterial properties, even if wear or processing can maintain good antibacterial properties, and by adjusting other costs and production processes, ZP304BR meets the processing requirements of different customer groups in terms of performance and cost.

ZP304BR is an alloy antibacterial stainless steel. it is reported that the rate of ZP304BR against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and sha is ≥ 99%.
