[Guangdong Hydropower plans to invest in five photovoltaic power generation projects] on September 14, Guangdong Hydropower issued a public announcement in order to expand the clean energy power generation business, expand the clean energy power generation business scale, and improve the profit level. It is proposed to invest in and guarantee the financing of five photovoltaic projects in Xinjiang and Guangdong, namely, the third phase of 20MWp photovoltaic project in Aksu Awati County, Xinjiang, 20MWp photovoltaic power generation project in Shufu County, Kashi, Xinjiang, 20MWp photovoltaic power generation project in Shache County, Kashi, Xinjiang, 20MWp photovoltaic power generation project in Kashi Bachu County, Xinjiang, and the 50MWp photovoltaic power generation project in Guantian Reservoir, Suixi County, Zhanjiang, Guangdong.

It is proposed to invest in and guarantee the financing of five photovoltaic projects in Xinjiang and Guangdong: the third phase of 20MWp photovoltaic project in Aksu Awati County, Xinjiang, the 20MWp photovoltaic project in Shufu County, Kashi, Xinjiang, the 20MWp photovoltaic project in Shache County, Kashi, Xinjiang, the 20MWp photovoltaic project in Kashi Bachu County, Xinjiang, and the 50MWp photovoltaic project in Guantian Reservoir, Suixi County, Zhanjiang, Guangdong, totaling 130MW, about 489.8 million yuan.

Chongqing Unveils Action Plan to Boost AI, Digital Growth in Chengdu-Chongqing Circle by 2030

The Chongqing Municipal People's Government issued a notice on the "Chongqing Action Plan for Promoting the Development and Capacity Enhancement of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle (2026–2030)." The notice stated that efforts should be made to promote the mutual empowerment of artificial intelligence and "Digital Chengdu-Chongqing," explore the coordinated linkage of key elements such as computing power, data, application scenarios, and policy ecosystems between Sichuan and Chongqing, and support AI technology R&D, application, and industrialisation in the Chengdu-Chongqing region. By 2030, the intelligent computing power of the Chengdu-Chongqing computing hub period will reach 100,000 PFLOPS, the city will have built more than 10 AI industry application pilot testing bases, and will have cultivated 20 vertical large models and 5 major projects with national influence, with daily average token invocations leading in western China.
