SMM Network News: September 15, Wuxi pilot Intelligent equipment Co., Ltd. intends to issue shares to specific objects. The relevant motion on issuing shares to specific targets has been examined and adopted at the 28th meeting of the third session of the Board of Directors and the 24th meeting of the third session of the Board of Supervisors. The company intends to introduce Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. as a strategic investor. The company and Ningde Times signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement between Wuxi pilot Intelligent equipment Co., Ltd. and Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and agreed on specific matters of strategic cooperation.

The company plans to raise no more than 2.5 billion yuan to invest in five projects, including the pilot high-end intelligent equipment South China headquarters manufacturing base project, with an issue price of 36.05 yuan per share, and Ningde Times plans to subscribe for all the shares in this issue, the pilot Intelligence announcement said. If calculated according to the upper limit of the number of shares issued, after the completion of this issue, Ningde Times will hold 69.3481 million shares of the company, accounting for 7.29% of the total share capital after the issue, and become a strategic investor of the company.
