The North and Northeast Energy Administration jointly launched the on-site supervision of key energy supervision tasks in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region.

SMM: in order to focus on the key energy regulatory tasks of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous region and reduce the burden on local governments and energy enterprises, on September 8, 2020, the North China Energy Regulatory Bureau and the Northeast Energy Regulatory Administration jointly organized a start-up meeting on the on-site supervision of key energy regulatory tasks in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous region in Hohhot. Two responsible comrades of the North China and Northeast Energy Regulatory Administration and the responsible comrades of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous region Energy Bureau attended the meeting.

The meeting conducted in-depth exchanges on the implementation of the objectives and tasks of the 13th five-year Plan of the autonomous region, the construction and promotion of coal mine projects approved by the State Energy Administration, the development and construction of wind power, the construction of key energy projects such as the Sino-Russian East Route, incremental power distribution and other power system reform, and made overall arrangements for on-site supervision.

The meeting pointed out that this key task supervision work is an important measure to implement the spirit of "one article for a while" of the National Energy Administration. It is a further exploration to implement "management and service", shift from pre-examination and approval to supervision during and after the event, and promote the standardization and systematization of supervision work, which is of great significance. I hope that the Energy Bureau of the Autonomous region will attach great importance to it.

The meeting stressed that energy is an important material basis and driving force for economic and social development, and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, as an important energy production base in the country, has played an important role in implementing the "six guarantees" such as "ensuring food and energy security." it is hoped that Inner Mongolia Autonomous region will continue its efforts and further play a greater role. The first is to improve the political position and conscientiously implement the important policy decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council and the spirit of the instructions of Comrade dao, the second is to do a good job in the key energy projects of the 13th five-year Plan, such as the Eastern Route of China and Russia, and the key work of cleaning and heating in the northern areas in winter. Third, we should do a good job in the preparation of the 14th five-year Plan, take the plan as the guide, build consensus, and jointly promote coordinated regional development. Fourth, strengthen communication and coordination between local governments and regulatory departments, unify ideological understanding, and jointly ensure the smooth implementation of major national energy policies, plans, projects and tasks.

The responsible comrade in charge of the Energy Bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region said that he will actively cooperate to do a good job in this energy supervision work and conscientiously implement various national energy policies, principles and lines.

After the meeting, the two responsible comrades in charge of energy supervision in North China and Northeast China also held discussions with the principal responsible comrades of the Energy Bureau of the autonomous region to further exchange views on the development of the energy cause of the autonomous region.
