Seven more wind power and photovoltaic projects will be abolished in Shaanxi Province.

SMM: a few days ago, the Development and Reform Commission of Yan'an City issued a public notice on the carding of renewable energy construction projects in Yan'an during the 13th five-year Plan. According to the document requirements of the notice of Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission on comprehensively combing the 13th five-year Plan Renewable Energy Construction projects (Shaanxi Development to New Energy (2020) No. 993), Yan'an City announced the abolition of wind power and photovoltaic projects that could not start construction on time. These include six wind power projects totaling 270 megawatts and one photovoltaic project totaling 19.5 megawatts. The publicity period is from September 10, 2020 to September 16, 2020.

The six wind power projects include five centralized wind power projects, namely: Yan'an Zhidan Shuanghe Wind Farm Project, with a construction scale of 50 MW, the project owner is Shaanxi Huadian New Energy Generation Co., Ltd., Datang Huanglong Hongshiya 50MW Wind Power Project, with a construction scale of 50 MW, the owner of the project is Huanglong Branch of Datang Yan'an New Energy Co., Ltd. Datang Yan'an New Energy Fu County Zhangjiawan 50 MW wind power project, the construction scale is 50 MW, the project owner is Datang Yan'an New Energy Co., Ltd., China Resources Wuqi Wangwazi 50 MW wind power project, the construction scale is 50 MW. The owner of the project is China Resources New Energy (Yan'an) Co., Ltd. Yichuan Xinjia Wind Power Co., Ltd. Qiulin Town Power Plant Project, the construction scale is 50 megawatts, and the owner of the project is Yichuan Xinjia Wind Power Co., Ltd. And a decentralized wind power project, for Fuxian Niuwu town 20MW decentralized wind power project, the construction scale is 20 megawatts, the project owner is Fuxian Qidi Qingyun Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

One photovoltaic project is a low-price project, the project is Ansai Jianhua town distributed agricultural photovoltaic complementary photovoltaic project, the construction scale is 19.5 megawatts, and the owner of the project is Shaanxi Sheng Optoelectronic Development Co., Ltd. In order to comprehensively sort out the construction information of renewable energy projects and promote the construction of renewable energy projects in an orderly manner, Baoji, Yulin, Weinan and other places in Shaanxi Province have abolished a number of wind power and photovoltaic projects that have been blocked and cannot start as scheduled.
