[Evergrande Automobile Placement 177 million shares HK $4 billion allotted by Ma Huateng, Jack Ma, etc.] on September 15, China Evergrande New Energy Automobile Group Co., Ltd. announced that it had announced the arrangement of issuing shares in an old-to-new way to introduce a number of investors. Evergrande plans to issue 177 million placing shares at a placing price of HK $22.65 per share, accounting for about 2.04 per cent of Evergrande's total issued shares or about 2.00 per cent of the total issued shares after expansion.

Point of view real estate new media understand that Evergrande plans to issue 177 million placing shares at the placing price of HK $22.65 per share, accounting for about 2.04% of Evergrande's total issued shares or about 2.00% of the total issued shares after expansion.

Evergrande expects the total proceeds from the rights issue to be about HK $3.999 billion.

According to the announcement, Evergrande's allotment includes Tencent Holdings Co., Ltd., Sequoia Capital, Yunfeng Fund and DiDi. Among them, Yunfeng Fund is a private equity fund founded by Jack Ma.
