SMM: according to the notice of the Customs and tariff Commission of the State Council on the first exclusion list of the first batch of customs goods levied on the United States and Canada (Taxation Commission Bulletin (2019) No. 6), the first exclusion list of the first batch of goods levied on the United States and Canada will expire on September 16, 2020. The tariff Commission of the State Council shall, in accordance with the procedure, extend the exclusion period for the above-mentioned commodities. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
For the 16 commodities listed in the annex, the exclusion period stipulated in notice No. 6 of the Taxation Committee (2019) will be extended by one year, that is, from September 17, 2020 to September 16, 2021, there will be no additional tariffs imposed by us for the anti-US 301 measures.
