SMM: on Sept. 12, Wuhan Tianhe International Convention and Exhibition Center and Greenland Tianhe International Convention and Exhibition City, a global top exhibition project built with 50 billion yuan of greenbelt, was officially started.

It is understood that this is the largest investment project started in Wuhan, the largest single land supply project in the history of Wuhan, and it will also be the largest indoor net exhibition area disclosed in the world.

According to the viewpoint real estate new media, after the completion of Wuhan Tianhe International Convention and Exhibition Center, the net indoor exhibition area of 450000 square meters will become the first in the world, about three times the exhibition area of Wuhan International Expo Center.

According to the plan, Wuhan Greenland Tianhe International Convention and Exhibition City has a total land area of 3634 mu, including an exhibition center covering an area of 900000 square meters, as well as comprehensive and new urbanization facilities for commercial services, housing and other industries. in addition, Greenland also plans to introduce its own high-end hotel platinum brand, platinum brand, greenbelt main commercial brand colorful city, and so on.

Among them, the convention and exhibition center will become the largest convention and exhibition center in central China and the top three in the country when it is completed. The completion of this project will strongly promote the upstream and downstream industrial development of Wuhan exhibition economy.

It is understood that the "Big Mac" project, with a total investment of 50 billion yuan, was only 22 days between the acquisition of land on August 21 and the official start of the project, which is the fastest among the major projects in Wuhan so far this year.

Zhang Yuliang, chairman and president of Greenland Holdings, said at the opening ceremony that in accordance with the central instructions, Greenland will comprehensively help Hubei recover after the epidemic, focusing on a number of new investment projects such as Wuhan Convention and Exhibition New Town, Global Commodity Trade Port, Commercial Railway complex, and so on, with a total planned investment of more than 100 billion yuan.
