(hereinafter referred to as "Nannan Aluminum processing") hot rolling manufacturing center hot rolling production line broke through the equipment width limit, successfully rolled out 4090mm ultra-wide 2XXX aluminum alloy sheet. It is reported that this is the hot rolling manufacturing center after the successful rolling of 4040mm ultra-wide pan-semiconductor thick plate on October 14, 2019, once again break through the equipment limit and successfully trial-produce ultra-wide plate.
The production width of the hot rolling production line in the hot rolling manufacturing center is 3800mm. The production of aluminum alloy sheet exceeding the width limit requires high technology and operation, and the production is extremely difficult.
In order to overcome the production problems and achieve one-time successful rolling, the hot rolling manufacturing center, research institute and equipment management center set up a technical team, combined with the production experience of 4040mm ultra-wide plate, innovatively introduced a number of new process elements, strictly checked the layers of processes, carried out many production simulations, and analyzed and formed a perfect technological process and strict production mechanism. Finally, under the joint efforts of the technical research team, the 4090mm ultra-wide plate was rolled successfully and went off the line smoothly.
The successful rolling of 4090mm ultra-wide 2XXX series aluminum alloy sheet has greatly enhanced the product competitiveness of South-South aluminum processing in the field of special materials, and won the initiative to further expand the market share of special materials.
