Kunming Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Environmental protection relocation transformation and upgrading project high-speed line project steel structure factory building construction has entered the sprint stage

SMM News: recently, the construction of Kunming Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. by the construction group of environmental protection relocation transformation and upgrading project 550000 tons of high-speed line plant project steel components hoisting, roof color tile pavement have been completed, plant construction has entered the sprint stage.

The newly built high-speed line plant is 447m long, 122m wide and 22m high. It consists of six spans, with a maximum span of 36m and a total steel consumption of more than 3000 tons. According to the joint plan of "thermal load test conditions on October 20" put forward by the headquarters, the hoisting of columns and roof trusses will be completed by the end of July, and then the internal site will be completely handed over to civil construction and equipment installation units.

The goal remains the same, the back wall does not fall, the steel joint-stock company, in accordance with the requirements of the headquarters, further strengthen its responsibility, implement the task, reverse the construction period, and work overtime at the soil official base to ensure that the production of components does not affect the hoisting progress; on-site construction overcomes difficulties such as rainy season operation, narrow site, three-dimensional intersection operation, etc., keep weekly plan with daily plan, protect node plan with weekly plan, and go all out to ensure the construction period of the project.

On April 27, the first steel column of the high-speed wire factory building was hoisted smoothly, and on August 3, the hoisting of the main components and roof truss was completed; on July 23, the roof of the factory was started to be paved, and on August 28, the colored steel tiles of the hot furnace span, the main rolling span and the finished product span of nearly 20,000 square meters were completed.

According to the technical personnel on the spot, "the hoisting of steel components and the paving of colored tiles on the roof of the high-speed wire factory building are basically completed in accordance with the time nodes issued by the headquarters, which creates favorable time and space conditions for the installation and commissioning of the internal reheating furnace, main rolling mill and other equipment in the plant. Next, the steel structure joint-stock company will make every effort to organize the final wall system construction and courageously sprint to the target time limit of the plant project."
