SMM: on Sept. 8, Rongchuang announced through the official Wechat that the people's Government of Luoyang City and Rongchuang China held a signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation framework agreement.

With the signing of this strategic cooperation contract, Rongchuang will continue to regard Luoyang as a key strategic area of medium-and long-term layout and deeply participate in the construction of Luoyang metropolitan area.

It is understood that Sunac will learn from previous excellent cooperative co-construction projects and models, explore the TOD comprehensive construction strategy suitable for Luoyang, deeply excavate the city's high-quality property resources along the rail transit line, and carry out in-depth cooperation with the Luoyang people's Government in the fields of "track + property" and eco-cultural new city construction, urban organic renewal, industrial new city construction, and so on.
