The Shanghai Futures Exchange recently issued the "Shanghai Futures Exchange Standard Warehouse receipt Trading Management measures (trial) (Amendment)". The warehouse receipt trader access system, trading system, settlement system, settlement system, online pledge, handling of breach of contract and violation and information management are revised.

It is worth noting that this revision is mainly in line with the standard warehouse receipt trading business of ferrous metal varieties and the standard warehouse receipt pledge business.

This revision mainly starts from four aspects:

(1) improve the access system of warehouse receipt dealers and strengthen the authority management of warehouse receipt traders;

(2) with the launch of the trading business of ferrous metal standard warehouse receipts (including warehouse standard warehouse receipts and factory warehouse standard warehouse receipts), the trading business and related chapters have been revised;

(3) in line with the launch of the standard warehouse receipt pledge business, a new chapter on pledge business has been added in the Management measures, and the relevant provisions of pledge business have been added in the settlement system, settlement system and illegal handling of breach of contract.

(4) reduce the market transaction cost, lighten the burden for entity enterprises, and revise the settlement business;

(5) standardize the management of standard warehouse receipt transaction information, and revise the information management chapter;
