SMM: Liu Shijin, former director of the Development Research Center of the State Council and vice director of the Economic Committee of the CPPCC National Committee, believes that the idea that China should change from external circulation to internal circulation is not in line with the facts, and China's economy has always been dominated by internal circulation. However, he also stressed that since China's reform and opening up, the internal circulation and the external circulation are closely related. Without the external circulation, there would be no internal circulation in which China could have made such great achievements.
