Diligent Resources & the signing ceremony of Green-Mei Strategic sales Agreement

SMM Network News: since the construction of the Indonesian hydrometallurgical nickel-cobalt HPAL project, which is invested and operated by Liqin Resources, it has been widely concerned by various sessions of the industry. Recently, the project company has signed a strategic sales agreement with Green Mei Co., Ltd., a very influential battery material customer in the industry. The senior leaders of the two sides attached great importance to this cooperation and held a formal signing ceremony in Jingmen Park on August 29th. The strategic sales agreement was signed by Professor Xu Kaihua, chairman of Greentree Group, and Mr. Cai Jianyong, chairman of Liqin Resources. Wang Min, director of Greenmei Group, Zhou Bo, chairman of the group supervisory board, Fei Feng, executive deputy general manager of Liqin Resources, and Liu Feng, deputy general manager of Liqin Resources, attended the signing ceremony.

According to the agreement, the company will provide Greenmei Co., Ltd. with stable raw materials such as MHP, nickel sulfate and cobalt sulfate after the formal operation of the project. This sale will effectively guarantee the future sales of HPAL project products and lay a good foundation for the stable operation of the project and the realization of profits as soon as possible. At the same time, the agreement will also provide Grimme with stable raw materials, which will help Grimme to further enhance its supply guarantee capacity and core competitiveness in the global ternary battery raw material manufacturing field.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Xu Kaihua, chairman of Greenbeauty, congratulated Liqin on the stable progress of the project. Under the strong protection of nickel and cobalt raw materials, the company will be stronger and bigger and better contribute to the new energy industry. Mr. Cai Jianyong, chairman of Liqin Resources, expressed the purpose of cooperation and mutual benefit, thanked Greenmei for her strong support, and insisted on customer-oriented, improve product quality and service awareness, and better serve the industry.

Greenmei is a leading manufacturer of precursors and battery materials in China. Taking "urban mines + new energy materials" as the development strategy, it has built a large-cycle industrial chain of waste batteries and power batteries, and is the largest remanufacturing base of ternary power raw materials in the world. is an excellent practitioner of the concept of green development in China. The battery materials produced by the company are highly recognized by international first-class battery customers and have great potential for development in new energy vehicles and other industries.

Liqin Resources will strive to promote the construction of the project, ensure that the HPAL project is put into production as soon as possible, and work together with downstream customers to contribute to the new energy industry.
